Refund Policy

TravelSafePilot provides time-based passes and subscription access to safety navigation and related services. This policy explains when refunds may apply.

1) Time-based passes (12h / 72h)

Time-based access passes are generally non-refundable once activated, because access is delivered immediately. If you were charged and did not receive access due to a verified platform fault, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and make it right.

2) Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods once access has been provided. If a billing error occurred (duplicate charge, incorrect plan, or verified platform fault), contact us within 7 days.

3) Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a payment is unauthorized, contact us immediately so we can assist. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, access may be suspended while we investigate.
