Keep it simple.
What happened: accident, pothole, light out, flooding, closure, hazard, suspicious activity.
Where: road name, suburb, city, landmark, intersection, route number, or dropped pin.
Useful detail: direction, lane, severity, time, queue length, or what people should watch for.
