TravelSafePilot Portal

A secure workspace for approved community safety teams to see what is happening in the areas they look after, understand repeated activity, and respond with better awareness.

See your area clearly
Your portal view is focused on the areas approved for your organisation. That keeps the dashboard practical: fewer distractions, less confusion, and a clearer picture of what matters in your neighbourhood, estate, patrol zone, or response area.
Turn reports into a picture
Community WhatsApp reports, trusted sources, and safety signals are brought together so your team can see recent activity, repeated locations, movement between nearby areas, and the shape of a developing pattern.
Built for CPFs and response teams
CPFs, neighbourhood watches, estates, armed-response companies, and authorised safety operators can use the portal to manage coverage, team access, sources, alerts, and day-to-day operational awareness.
Privacy and trust first
TravelSafePilot is designed around area-level safety intelligence. Public map users do not see reporter phone numbers or identity, and portal access is restricted to approved organisations and approved members.
What your team can do
View your approved coverage areas, monitor recent report activity, review operational snapshots, manage team access, prepare patroller alerting, and keep billing and access under one secure roof.
Why more reports matter
One report may look small. Multiple reports across nearby streets and suburbs can reveal a bigger pattern. The more your community reports, the stronger the neighbourhood picture becomes.
Early onboarding special
Early portal onboarding includes a 1 week trial period and then 3 months at 50% discount for approved CPF, estate, and armed-response customers.
Area view
Your approved areas are isolated on the dashboard so teams are not overwhelmed by unrelated regions.
Recent activity
See recent reports and safety activity in a way that helps your team understand what changed and where attention may be needed.
Pattern visibility
Related reports can be viewed together so repeated locations and nearby movement are easier to understand.
Team readiness
Owners can prepare team access, sources, and alerting workflows as the portal is activated.
How access works

Apply with your organisation details and the areas you look after. A TravelSafePilot approver reviews the application, confirms the coverage, and then sends the next steps. Once approved and activated, your organisation signs in securely and sees the tools available for your role and plan.
