What the portal is for
The portal is designed for professional and community safety operators who need a structured operational view rather than raw message streams. It is intended for controlled access, governed usage, and auditable actions.
Two onboarding paths
Companies can apply directly for access, and active tenants can later use invite-driven onboarding to add staff.
What you will manage
Operator access, patroller rosters, source registration, access agreements, billing-linked tenant state, and operational awareness within authorised tenant scope.
Security and governance
Access is tied to tenant membership, agreement acceptance, and auditable identity. Portal access may be suspended or restricted where security, misuse, or governance concerns arise.
Secure login
Use the dedicated secure portal login for approved operator access. Public consumer sign-in is a separate path.
Agreement-first access
Portal access is governed by an access agreement and tenant-linked membership before dashboard access is granted.
Reviewable approval loop
Approval-gated access is only complete once the approver has a visible queue or notification path to act on.
