Portal information is provided for responsible operational awareness inside your organisation’s approved coverage areas. It should be used to support lawful, ethical, and constructive safety decisions.
Before accessing the portal, please review how TravelSafePilot works, the responsibilities that come with access, and the standards expected of approved organisations using the platform.
TravelSafePilot is designed to help organisations improve operational awareness and community safety.
Before accessing the portal, please take a few minutes to understand how the platform works, what it is intended for, and the responsibilities that come with access.
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read and understood the information below.
TravelSafePilot is an operational awareness platform that helps approved organisations monitor, understand, and respond to safety-related information within their approved areas of responsibility.
The platform combines community reports, authorised information sources, safety intelligence, and operational tools into a single governed environment.
TravelSafePilot helps organisations make more informed decisions by presenting information in a structured, privacy-conscious, and auditable manner.
TravelSafePilot is not a police service, emergency service, ambulance service, fire service, security company, dispatch centre, or law enforcement authority.
The platform does not dispatch responders and does not replace emergency services.
TravelSafePilot does not identify alleged perpetrators, determine guilt, or encourage person-level targeting.
Your organisation remains responsible for deciding what action, if any, should be taken in response to information shown within the platform.
TravelSafePilot provides information and operational awareness tools.
The platform does not dispatch emergency responders, security personnel, police services, medical services, fire services, or other response resources on behalf of users.
Organisations remain responsible for their own operational decisions, escalation procedures, dispatch actions, and response protocols.
The platform assists organisations by presenting information in a structured and auditable way, but operational decisions always remain the responsibility of the organisation using the platform.
Users must use the platform responsibly, professionally, lawfully, and ethically.
The platform may not be used to:
TravelSafePilot exists to improve safety and awareness. Misuse undermines trust and may place people, communities, organisations, and the platform at risk.
TravelSafePilot does not take sides.
The platform is politically neutral, religiously neutral, race neutral, nationality neutral, and community neutral.
The platform records and presents information but does not promote particular groups, organisations, or viewpoints.
Users should evaluate information based on evidence and context, not assumptions or bias.
Information displayed within the platform may originate from multiple sources and may change as additional evidence becomes available.
Reports may later be corrected, updated, verified, disputed, withdrawn, suppressed, or reclassified.
TravelSafePilot may use confidence levels, uncertainty indicators, clustering, corroboration, and other safety-intelligence methods to help users understand information responsibly.
The platform assists decision-making but cannot guarantee that every report is complete or accurate at the moment it is received.
Access to information is governed by approved coverage areas, organisational permissions, account roles, feature entitlements, and platform-admin authority.
Users may only access information they are authorised to view.
Community, CPF, neighbourhood watch, estate, security, and armed-response users are limited to their approved or provisioned operational areas.
Founder and authorised platform-admin users may have broader platform visibility for governance, safety, operational review, audit, product integrity, and support purposes.
Coverage controls help protect privacy, maintain operational relevance, and ensure that information is shared appropriately.
TravelSafePilot is committed to protecting personal information and limiting access to authorised users.
Information is managed according to platform governance rules and applicable legal requirements.
Users must not attempt to expose, infer, copy, distribute, or misuse reporter identity, sender identity, private contact information, raw messages, or sensitive operational data unless expressly authorised through approved platform controls.
Trust depends on responsible handling of information.
TravelSafePilot, including its owners and authorised operating entities, retains ownership of the TravelSafePilot platform, software, systems, databases, derived datasets, safety intelligence, operational intelligence, classifications, risk indicators, confidence scores, model outputs, analytics, snapshots, reports generated by the platform, audit structures, metadata, and other platform-generated or platform-derived outputs.
Users, organisations, tenants, CPF or neighbourhood watch groups, estates, armed-response providers, security companies, patrollers, operators, reviewers, and invited portal users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the portal and its outputs for authorised operational safety purposes.
Access to the portal does not transfer ownership of TravelSafePilot data, intelligence, software, models, outputs, reports, snapshots, analytics, or derived datasets to any user or organisation.
Users and organisations may not copy, scrape, harvest, export, resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, reverse engineer, train models on, build competing datasets from, or claim ownership over TravelSafePilot data, intelligence, platform outputs, snapshots, analytics, risk scores, model outputs, or derived information unless TravelSafePilot gives prior written authorisation.
Where information includes third-party, public-source, emergency, government, provider, partner, user-submitted, or community-submitted material, TravelSafePilot does not claim ownership of the original third-party source material itself. However, TravelSafePilot retains ownership of its processing, enrichment, classification, structuring, derived intelligence, metadata, audit records, presentation, and platform-generated outputs, subject to applicable law and source obligations.
The platform can only remain trustworthy, sustainable, and safe if its data, intelligence, and derived outputs are protected from misuse, unauthorised extraction, resale, or uncontrolled redistribution.
Important actions performed within the platform may be recorded for operational, security, governance, and audit purposes.
TravelSafePilot maintains audit records designed to preserve integrity, traceability, and accountability.
Where appropriate, cryptographic integrity controls and verification mechanisms may be used to support record authenticity.
Audit records help organisations understand what happened, when it happened, and how decisions were made.
TravelSafePilot may be required to provide information to authorised legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Where permitted, such disclosures will follow established legal processes.
The platform operates within lawful frameworks and may be required to support legitimate investigations or legal proceedings.
Access may be suspended, restricted, or revoked where TravelSafePilot reasonably believes that the platform is being misused.
Examples include:
