What TravelSafePilot Is Not TravelSafePilot is not a police service, emergency service, ambulance service, fire service, security company, dispatch centre, or law enforcement authority. The platform does not dispatch responders and does not replace emergency services. Incident Response and Dispatch Responsibility TravelSafePilot provides information and operational awareness tools. The platform does not dispatch emergency responders, security personnel, police services, medical services, fire services, or other response resources on behalf of users. Organisations remain responsible for their own operational decisions, escalation procedures, dispatch actions, and response protocols. Why this matters The platform assists organisations by presenting information in a structured and auditable way, but operational decisions always remain the responsibility of the organisation using the platform. Responsible Use Users must use the platform responsibly, professionally, and ethically.
